I recommend you try some of the island food while your there.

And even after that, there is that "eh, this still looks and smells fine" stage because we're human. We estimate things and nature doesn't follow rules. Sigh, thank you and pls don't worry about people who choose to eat raw and uncooked eggs. They'll be just fine.
